Synopsis

BAFTA nominated director Bita Shafipour taps into the poetic style of Hadi Salehi’s art. Using Hadi’s photographs and archival film footage, this art film visualizes Hadi’s life as an immigrant in Los Angeles, dodging the Iranian Revolution, surviving the post ICE raids and deportations, in the city where he has been making images over the past four decades.
